To analyze the nine volumes that comprise the Roman History of Dion Cassius Cocceiano, produced in the transition of second to third century AD, reflecting on the way in which this writer from Bithynia, who wrote in Greek, thought the constitution and maintenance of power in the succession of systems of government in Basel, from the Republic and the Monarchy.
